This is the anthem that is on lips of most of the country's population...including mine. Atlast a movie has been made which has been made without the usualy bollywood masala, without oomph and skin show, with many of the realities of the "UNDERDOG" sports...with the true wishes and hardwork of every coach...
There have been many beautiful movies made...but this movie is surely one of its kind...a true piece of brillance...the whole crew and cast of the movie needs to be applauded for the fantastic outcome of the movie.
On a personal note, I'm not a movie buff, but this movie had something that really drew me towards it...maybe it was my connection with sports, especially Hockey (I, being a roller hockey player)..maybe it was the energy that was there in the movie...maybe it was the sincerity of the coach (it surely is every coaches dream to watch his team win)..maybe the thrill of the journey from being the underdog team to reaching the top.......i do not really know...but there was something fabulous bout this flim as it has never happened before that i watch a film, four times consecutively, within the first 10 days of its release, although buying the tickets was a hindrance...there is something special about this film and i would not mind watching it any number of times...
The feel of this movie is awesome.....and is tag line really makes sense "Sometimes Winning is Everything"
Not only in this film..or only to stuff related to sports...come on Indians, lets all join hands and become the best in the world....COME ON..."CHAK DE INDIA....."

Hm...your words speak volumes of the impact CHAK DE created on your mind :). Me too watched the movie on the same day that you watched but now you are senior to me since you've watched it 4 times hehe.. It must be really inspiring for Yash Raj films coz they have influenced a non-movie buff like aparna and made her watch the movie 4 times in 10 days... Mission accomplished. :):)
